Margaret Wilson Hatcher, 81 of Huddleston, went to be with the Lord in the early morning hours of Saturday, February 20, 2021. She is now at rest. She was born on April 3, 1939 in Besoco, WV, a daughter of the late James L. Wilson and Pauline Farris Bray Wilson. She was a retired from Piedmont Manufacturing. She is survived by her husband, William Lawrence Hatcher, Sr.; her daughter, Debra Snead & husband, David; her son, Steven Hatcher & wife, Jean, her grandson, Danny Lynn Harris, Jr. & wife, Alison; great granddaughters, Deanna Harris, Delaney Harris, Alissa Harris; great grandson, Aden Harris; her sister, Dorothy Cash & husband, Larry, her brothers, James Louis Wilson & wife, Margie, Thomas Macy Johnson & friend, Sally Jinrite; brother-in-law, Bob E. Hatcher as well a many nieces, nephews and friends. The family requests those wishing to make memorials to consider the Huddleston Lifesaving Crew, P. O. Box 77, Huddleston, VA 24104. Funeral services will be held private. Interment will be in Huddleston Church of God of Prophecy Cemetery. There is no visitation. Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Huddleston.
